Client Service Policy

Booking A Service

Delivering the best services to you is our priority. To book an appointment please use our online booking system or call the salon at 817-668-6001. If you call outside of business hours please leave a voicemail and we will get back with you by the next business day. Appointments will require a booking fee of 50% of the service in order to book , which will be apply to your service. We do accept walk-in appointments as long as we have a stylist available to serve you.

We accept debit card, credit cards, Zelle and Cash App as a form of payment. We do not accept cash payments. 

Credit card transactions are subject to a 2.5% card service fee. You are more than welcome to use our other payment options

Cancellation-Reshedule Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call the salon within business hours and speak with a person or reschedule/cancel online thru our website. However, providing less than a 24 hours' notice a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee is the amount of the booking fee paid for the service (50%). If a booking fee was not received for the appointment, and a card is on file, that card will be the method of payment charged. If the payment is declined, the cancellation fee will be applied to the clients account and the cancellation fee will have to be paid at time of booking next appointment.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive atleast 5 early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we can choose to reschedule your appointment, and the 50% booking fee is non-refundable. If you are running late for your appointment please give the salon a call. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your appointment.

 

 You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period (15 minutes). A No-Show fee will apply , 50% of the service.  If you paid a booking fee for a service, it will be forfeited and applied towards the No-Show fee. If a booking fee was not received for the appointment, and a card is on file, that card will be the method of payment charged. If the payment is declined, the No-Show fee will be applied to the clients account and the fee will have to be paid at time of booking next appointment.

Emergency Situations

Allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation.

Right to Refuse Service

Essentials Beauty & Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, confrontational or rude behavior to any member of our team or within the salon.

Refunds

1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within two (2) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please give us a call and return to the salon, so your hair or spa service received can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you another appointment at no additional charge to you.

 

2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging with a restocking fee of $10.00. If a product is opened or used, it is non-refundable.  For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary.

 

3. Memberships fees are non-refundable. Automatic payments are taken out every month on the same day. Clients have the right to cancel their membership when they choose too. In order not to be charged for the next reoccurring month, the client would need to cancel prior to their membership start date.  If you need to cancel your membership, please log into your “Online Account” on the salon website or give the salon a call during business hours (817) 668-6001. Any credits on the account at the time of cancellation will remain on the account for the client to use within 90 days. Any remaining credits will expire after 90 days.

 

4.Booking fees are non-refundable. Booking fees can be moved to another date if needing to reschedule and used towards the same service cancelled or towards another service of their choice. If needing to cancel appointment, if done 24 hrs prior to appointment, the booking fee is refundable. However, if providing less than a 24 hour cancellation notice the booking fee is non-refundable.
